AS UNIQUE AS YOU

Customize the Advanced App to suit your needs. Do you tend to ride in the city or offroad? Do you prefer touring or trekking? Weight, age, height, fitness level and how often you ride your bike per week - you can configure everything right from the beginning.

REACH YOUR TRAINING GOALS

If you are into cycling, you probably have more goals than just getting from A to B. Improve your endurance, burn fat, build muscle, simply get some fresh air, reduce stress or strengthen your mind- decide on your training goals and let the Advanced App and your coach motivate you to achieve them.

USE SUGGESTED ROUTES INCL. VIDEOS

Know what to expect:route suggestions are briefly presented to you in a video. You can choose between the route types "Active" and "Relax" - depending on whether you want to work out or just be outdoors. During the ride, your coach makes relevant announcements about the route and your training goals. They will be more accurate if you use a heart rate monitor. In addition, you get tips on highlights along the route. A coordinated Spotify playlist is also available.

CONVENIENTLY CREATE YOUR OWN ROUTES

Of course, you can also create your own routes with a different focus and set off on your bike in a completely personalised way. No matter if you are at home or on the road. If you like, you can share your route with your followers afterwards and show them what you have achieved.

OVERVIEW AT ANY TIME THANKS TO THE DASHBOARD

One glance at the dashboard and you know where you stand with your cycling ambitions. An average training value is calculated from your heart rate and the speed you have achieved . The higher it is, the harder you have trained. In addition, you can see how many kilometres you have already covered in total and also how much CO2 you were able to save by cycling compared to a trip by car. In the dashboard you can also find current weather information for your location as well as important notifications about the Advanced App. So you wont miss any new services, updates or promotions.


YOUR PERSONAL PROFILE

The kilometres youve ridden, the CO2 youve saved compared to a car trip, your calorie consumption and your average speed - in your profile youll find all the information you need about your bike rides. In addition, you can see here, for example, what distances you have covered in the past week, month or even year. You can also see which routes you have ridden. And last but not least, you can specify in your profile which coach you would like to train with.

VARIED CHALLENGES

Are you looking for new challenges? Then you will like the Advanced Challenges. Cover a certain distance by bike in a certain period of time, ride your bike to work five times in one month and many other tasks will motivate you to grab your bike and compete with others. Rankings let you see where you stand within a challenge at any point in time. And when you reach the goal, youll be rewarded with a badge that appears on your profile.

EXCHANGE WITH YOUR FOLLOWERS

Whenever you have completed a route suggestion or your own route, you can share this with your followers on different social media channels - this can get likes and comments for your activities.
